Got this at the recommendation of the place I go to for protein.

It took a while to get used to the Fruit Punch Flavor (for the one that just came out). Nothing like the Gatorade/Powerade versions at all. At the end of the first bottle (2 servings), I actually started liking it. It even smells nice in the container (just a note, don't try breathing into the container: lots of fine powder will come out and could cause sneezing, even if you accidentally shake it).

Shaking took a bit, and not all of the powder dissolved. I could still see little bits floating around after shaking it hard, and they don't really go away with more water either. Lots of bubbles formed when shaking as well (from whey protein concentrate).

Used mostly for before/during endurance performance. I found it helped during one of my soccer matches, and I could keep on going/sprint when most people were starting to slow down. Definitely worth the price.
