Tropical Fruit Punch

If you can get past the subpar taste, this is actually a pretty decent pre-workout. VME is reminiscent of NO-Shotgun, as it provides protein, creatine and caffeine; basically an energy drink/protein shake hybrid. I was surprised to see that this wasn't just a WPC product, but it contains casein and WPI in addition to BCAAs. This also features creatine, citrulline malate, AAKG and beta alanine for strength, endurance, pumps, etc. The pumps were pretty good, endurance and focus were improved but not overwhelmingly so. Had solid energy from the get-go, which isn't surprising considering the list of stims: caffeine, guarana, hordenine and yohimbine among them. This probably isn't ideal for a cut, as it does contain 105 calories per serving, but it does give you 23 grams of protein, so not horrible.
