wouldn't take this if you a reaction to caffine,or heart problem, but it is very fast acting and give's you a boost. NOT FOR ME i had a bad one with this..... thoat swelling up,didn't feel very well, but this is NOT the only product to do this NOEXSPLODE make's me feel crap as well.
