Prolab creatine mono was the first creatine i ever used, the first supplement i ever used to be honest. It truly is the best bang for the buck in the creatine market. I HIGHLY suggest buying creatine mono first before trying any "new" kind of creatine like krealk, CEE, etc. Prolab specifically is a very legitment company with proof to back up whats in the product. As far as bulk creatine goes prolab wrote the book and still does. With this product expect stength gains and weight gain. I suggest the product for any sport from running, cycling, power lifting, bodybuilding, baseball, anything were you are active. Mixing and flavor are mediocre but are not difficult to get down. Personally I mix it with some gatorade and its good to go.

Excellent creatine(my favorite creatine product)!!!
It's cheap and for me this creatine is better than other kinds creatines like CEE,Creatine malate,Creatine AKG etc..

Taste OK and mixes very well

A top-notch creatine monohydrate! Prolab Creatine Monohydrate is the highest quality creatine mono and mixes instantly in any liquid, and is flavorless! It basically it job and is priced economically and should last a long time. It is safe as long as you hydrate yourself and has no side effects, except for a little bloating.

I'd definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a basic creatine. This product will work for anyone and is better than some of the expensive creatine formulas.

Prolab's Creatine Monohydrate is made with German CREApure which basically means its micronized. Micronized creatine is the most highly pure, and most effective creatine made. Its small structure leads it to being very highly absorbed in the GI tract as oppose to other products where its structure is much larger and only a portion of the serving ingested actually is used. This means you are getting the most for your money for each serving.

The creatine is mixes extremely well in any liquid. Its taste is as any other creatine powder would be. Tastes kinda chalky but none the less fine to drink everyday. If you want a flavored creatine and want to pay twice the price for a flavor and a TON of sugar go for it. If you want a cheap, effective, reliable source of high quality creatine Prolab's Creatine monohydrate is they way to go. They are other micronized creatine's out there but in my expierence ive found this product to be the best for value and for effectiveness and to most people these two factors are the main concern when deciding to buy supplements.

I would definitly reccommend this product to anyone that asks unless they can show me another product that does what this one does for the same price
