Each scoop is a TRUE serving, where as Super Pump, NoXplode, etc…say to take 1-3 scoops. Technically, this makes ours have far more servings than theirs even thought they list 40 and 50 servings, respectively. WE STRONGLY ADVISE users not to take more than 1 scoop as we specifically engineered it to be a TRUE 1 scoop serving, eliminating a the guessing and the BS marketing ploys of these other companies.

We have the HIGHEST AMOUNT OF ACTIVES of any other pre workout product on the market except for NO Shotgun, but that’s because it has 20g of protein easily attaining a higher gram per scoop amount. They have 23g per scoop WITH 20 g of protein; We have 20.5g per scoop with NO protein. We could add 20g of protein to ours and have double their active scoop size. They are basically just a protein powder with a sprinkle of other ingredients.

Every single ingredient in Muscle Marinade is included at the research proven, clinically efficacious amount. We did not include any ingredients that clinically significant evidence IN HUMANS could not be found on. NO OTHER COMPANY HAS EVER DONE THIS! ok so this review is coming from a healthy 22 yr old who for the past 4 years or so has tried many pre workout supplements out there..the most popular ones....assault...jack3d..bullnox...c4..xpand..yata yata
i tried a sample of this product several months ago and liked it...but recently(3)weeks ago this product was 50% off at the vitamin shoppe i went to so i got 3 tubs...the profile alone on this is really nice...you have your bcaa's..6g creatine mono,2g beta alanine,,1000mg of vitamin c..plenty of b vitamin...300mg caffeine and 80 mg 1,3 dmaa..they use the word.."2 amino,4methylhexane"....for some of you who dont know 1,3 dmaa is in jack3d and many other popular pre workouts..good for the concentration and focus...jack3d has 20mg per scoop.. this stuff has 80mg of it...and it is awasome!..keep in mind i am 6,4ft and roughly in the 230's...i used to be 320lbs about 2 years ago...some ppl who dont cycle off of stimulants might not feel the "effects" of whats in this...but other than sitting back and trying to feel magical effects if you know how to lift weights in the gym properly this pre workout will do its job..it is an all around product...if you dont find it on sale it can run around 40$ a tub for a full months supply..of 1 scoop daily ...if you have tried tons of other pre workouts and havent found in your opinion a good one...give this one a try...you can read the profile for your self! ...hope this was a help!

Muscle Marinade is the latest in the school of pre-workout supplementation that dictates the more stims, the better. While this is advantageous to a certain degree, it can become nauseating at some points. Like when you throw 300mg of caffeine and 80mg of 1,3D into one serving. Although you definitely only require one serving of this, even that one serving can be a bit much. With so many stimulants, if your brain doesn't explode, you'll get some great energy, stamina, and focus. Laser-like focus. Unfortunately, a bit of my focus was taking away from the pounding headache I got and the sensation that I was bleeding out of my ears. And this is when I took 45 minutes to drink Muscle Marinade. I can't imagine taking that all at once...and I'm not a stim-sensitive person. Flavor was "Purus Punch," which was less violent to drink than it sounds. This is a kitchen-sink product, so be on the lookout for every ingredient ever on the label.
