Written by soundcheck129 - #1 reviewer - View all my reviews It's rare to have a completely ineffective supplement, but Hydravol has that covered, no doubt. The only saving grace of this product is that it provided sub-par pumps, but that's it. Caffeine and tyrosine are included, but there's no increase in energy whatsoever. I didn't feel as though endurance was affected at all, nor was stamina. With ingredients such as beta alanine, waxy maize and creatine, this theoretically should improve recovery, but any improvements were not significant enough to be palpable. In addition to some quality ingredients like leucine, this includes a "Fad Cure-All" matrix, which features goji berry, acai, and pomegranate extracts. Mixability was horrendous, with a mountain of powder left at the bottom of the glass. Taste was average, standard fruit punch. Results 1 - 2 of 2 |
