I took ONE capsule and the effects were horrible and some 4 days later I'm still feeling the effects...it's like being drugged. I'm slightly off-balance, not as in ability to walk, but just not on my game, sort of speak. It has thrown my entire system off and it's obviously going to be a slow process until it's out of my system. I WOULD NOT recommend this product to anyone. It has left me hazy, with a constant numbing headache w/pressure behind the eyes. It's a teeny bit better now...but after 4 days, that 'druggy' feeling is still very present.
