The Sugar Free version of Rockstar (White Can) is actually a pretty well-formulated energy drink. Instead of just throwing caffeine, guarana and taurine into this, it seems like Rockstar actually used some logic. This drink contains Milk Thistle Extract (great for liver health), Ginkgo and Ginseng in addition to the big three energy drink ingredients. With 160mg of caffeine per can, it's not an insane amount of caffeine, but it gave me a lot of energy. I also felt very focused, although perhaps a bit jumpy. On the downside, the energy rush didn't last very long - but I didn't crash hard. Price isn't the greatest, but it's a solid choice for dieters, as it has only 10 calories and no sugar (obviously). The taste is pretty good, though on the sweeter side. It's not fruity or anything, just a generic soda/energy drink flavor with some slight tang.
