According to the marketing write-up, "sleeping hard" is the secret to Ronnie Coleman's growth. I'm assuming that wasn't the only aid he had, but nevertheless, sleep is important. And since I have trouble getting enough sleep, I picked this up. At first, I didn't get a great impression. The mixability was pretty poor and the taste was utterly disgusting; I hadn't met a blue raspberry flavored product I didn't enjoy until this. It had a fruity taste but that was overpowered by the cough medicine flavor that lingered after I was finished drinking it. However, the sleep was great. Deep sleep, no waking up during the night, vivid dreams. Waking up wasn't a pain either, as I was not drowsy. With Theanine, GABA, ZMA, HICA and creatine, this is one complete recovery formula. If that's not enough GH-boosting ingredients, the formula also contains arginine and ornithine. Each serving is only four calories, so you can use this dieting or bulking. Despite the unpleasant taste, I thought this was helpful and thankfully the price isn't too obnoxious.
