Tight Xtreme is a pretty powerful fat burner and energy product, with 200mg of caffeine in each two pill serving, in addition to Yohimbe, Beta PEA and 1,3 Dymethylpentylamine. This gives you a ton of energy, but not much of a thermogenic effect oddly. It didn't give off that anxious feeling or any nausea either. The appetite suppression was pretty strong too. Highly recommended.
