0 forum posts Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) serves a variety of important functions in the body, one of which is the ability to help metabolize sugar, especially in muscles, where it promotes energy. ALA is also beneficial for liver health, and helps to revitalize the underlying structure of the skin so it can look healthier and more radiant.

Written by soundcheck129 - #1 reviewer - View all my reviews My other issue was with the taste - it's not like this is a fish oil, so there shouldn't have been an unpleasant taste. Unfortunately, there was, and it was nasty, which isn't cool when you have to take a few at a time to make up for the fact that it is underdosed. Note - the "physical energy" rating indicates the level of fatigue protection I got from the control of blood sugar levels. Results 1 - 1 of 1 |
