I bought this product after using zima creatine. This product is just like zima, which is supposed to be German quality creatine. The purpose of this product was to put on some muscle and increase strength. Here are the specs and review of Supplement direct creatine.

Product:

Price: 14.99 for 1000 grams

Dosage: 5 grams. Some people like to load with 10-15 grams, but it really isnt necessary since your muscles will become fully saturated after a certain time period. Loading just helps you get there quicker

Mixability: Mixes into water without clumps.

Taste: Tasteless and odorless

Conclusion: I gained some decent muscle and strength while using this product. You will retain some water, but that of course is normal when on creatine. I used it for about 2 months and put on 5-10 pounds on most of my lifts. Once I went off, I lost all the water weight, but my strength gains stayed. For the money this is an excellent product. I have had positive results from supplement direct and I highly recommend this product.
