I have tried other caseins in the past, so I'm not sure why, with 5 g of sugar, Syntrax could not make Micellar Creme taste good. Even ON managed to impress with their flavoring, with less sugar. Still, these is a pretty lean casein, with no fat and 20 grams of protein per serving, with 6 grams of total carbohydrates, no fiber. I also thought this didn't mix with the same consistency as other caseins I've had, it wasn't as thick which I found strange. It was a little clumpy, with a slightly grainy texture I didn't care for. With other, less expensive options on the market, I'd recommend finding another casein product that has fewer grams of carbohydrates, comes in larger tubs, and tastes better - shouldn't be too hard.
