Thermolife e-bol makes an excellent stacking with t-bol. I was pretty skeptical on e-bol at first, but i'm confident it has really been helping me out over the last month and a half. Since using it i have experienced a bit more thirst than normal. But in addition to that i have noticed MUCH improved sleep. I manage to fall asleep quicker, and stay asleep. In addition to that i have also experienced a feeling of overall well being. Lessened DOMS. and of course, the results its helped me produce in the gym have been amazing to say the least. Great improvements in size, strength, defintion, pretty much everything i could ask for at a much quicker rate than expected.
my biggest tip with this, up your protein intake as much as possible. you'll get better results

this is an ecdysterone product that was hyped to be the greatest thing since sliced bread. Personally i used this and found very minimal effects during the entire cycle. The product has no side effects as well. It comes in capsule form so flavor is no problem. While using the product i experienced no more muscle gains then normal and minor strength increases. I did hit a few PRs while using but they were on lifts that i didnt do often and should have PRed with or without the product. I do not suggest this to build muscle. I think there are better products to spend your money on. With that said i do believe ecdysterone is a good choice of supplements though, this one just lacks in the effects.
