TwinLab's Daily One is a solid multivitamin - plenty of Vitamins (A, B-1,-2,-6,-12, C, D, etc.) as well as Calcium, Iron, Magnesium and too many others to list. I like these because just one pill is enough - no knock against Animal Pak but I don't like popping a bunch of pills (and yes I know it's not the best comparison). Cost-effective and chock full of the good stuff, can't really go wrong here.
