This may be an OTC sleep medication, but it is the strongest sleeping pill I've come across. I fell asleep quickly and slept through the night, but I was very drowsy in the morning, and even until about 1:30pm. As far as I'm concerned, that's a little extreme. However, I did take both pills, and you do have the option to take just one, which I'll probably do in the future. Surprisingly powerful stuff.
