Cookies N' Cream

I've been looking forward to trying this whey for a while, as it is priced reasonably and has a pretty good profile. Prostar whey offers 25 grams of protein per serving, with just 2 grams of carbohydrates (1 gram of sugar) and 1 gram of fat. Not bad. The blend is made of whey protein isolate, whey protein concentrate and whey peptides, which isn't too shabby either, and there are more than 6 grams of added BCAAs. The profile makes it great for post-workout or first thing in the morning. The mixability is awesome, mixed more like a whey/casein blend than whey alone I thought - basically it's thicker. The taste was alright, more cream taste than cookie, although there are big cookie chunks. It did have a slight chemical taste, not on par with ON but noticeable. The price and profile make it hard to argue against though.
