Animal Pak by Universal Nutrition is a multi-vitamin above others. The animal pak is taken by packs with 11 pills in each pack. The downside of that is that im a really bad pill swallower and it is a real hassle for me to down 11 pills. The smell of the pills is also really rancid which makes it harder to get down. When I did get it down though I enjoyed the performance enhancing effects of Animal Pak. Animal Pak helped me have more energy, boosted mental focus, a better immune system. If you are a lifter this is the ultimate multi-vitamin for you.

Downsides:
Bad smell
11 pills
Expensive

Final Note:I would rather stick to a regular multi-vitamin from any supplement store. You wont really see any differences in your results from using one multivitamin from another. Although Animal Pak really serves its purpose of delivering optimal nutrition you can get those needs mostly from any other kind of multivitamin.

Animal Pak in my opinion is the best multi vitamin out. I’m not training huge right now so I only need to take one “pak” a day. This reduces the cost factor hugely. About 24 bucks for 44 servings is not too bad – one serving being about 50 cents. The amount of pills is a little hard to swallow, no pun intended. But it works for me that way, so I wouldn’t do it any other way. I think the shark cartilage could be replaced with something else, but it helps my joints. I noticed digestive help with the enzymes present in the paks, which I great bonus when I’m bulking and eating food like crazy. It may not be the cheapest multi vitamin out there, but it works, time tested. No other multi can compare to what Animal Pak offers. 50 cents a day is not a lot to boost the necessary vitamin and minerals a bodybuilder needs to maximize my gains and stay healthy.
