If you're looking for a cheaper, more practical alternative to the many recent products part of the explosion in intra workout technology, well, you've just found yourself a winner. Delivering the 3 most important muscle building amino acids, and glutamine, BCAA Stack comprises the basics of any intra nutrition program. It also will give you decent gains in strength and muscle, supply you with decent energy and pumps, and tastes alright as well. The mixing is also above average. But the real reason to purchase BCAA Stack remains in it's value. For only $19 you get 25 servings. Now that's a pretty good deal, amounting to no more than 75 cents per workout. I'd take that deal in a heartbeat. All in all, I would recommend this product to those on a budget who can't afford or simply don't want to shell out big bucks for the more expensive, "designer" intra products out there right now.

This is your standard BCAA product, with a 2:1 ratio of leucine to isoleucine and valine, as well as glutamine. Gets the job done, though the taste leaves a bit to be desired. I like that it has no added sugars, which I guess might hold back the taste. This is an outstanding value, as is the case with most of Universal's products. The mixability wasn't the greatest either, but some vigorous shaking will probably get the job done.

Universal's BCAA stack is a zero calorie blend of Glutamine, Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine intended for use during or after workouts. I've never used BCAA blends before, but this was a positive experience for my first choice. Good flavor, flawless mixability, and a nice feeling of fullness in my muscles. Great recovery and strength, and the price is pretty attractive as well.
