This is by far my favorite weight gainer. Universal Real Gains has great taste and a great blend of carbs and protein. I have never tried a flavor that I didn't like. In addition, it has fewer sugars and more fiber and good fats than other brands as well.

Each shake mixes up good; however, sometimes the shakes get to be a little too thick and I sometimes have to shake them harder and longer or I need a blender. Real gains is the real deal and was essential to me during my bulking stages last fall. I was able to successfully put on quality mass while avoiding insane fat gains. This product is a solid value that should be used by anyone looking to bulk up.

My favorite weight gainer. Ive gone through 3 tubs of this stuff. Strawberry is the best flavor available by the way. I am an ectomorph meaning I am a skinny person naturally. That’s what I use Real gains to put on a little extra weight despite my metabolism. With over 50 grams of protein per serving and amost 90 carbs you guaranteed to put on weight. With casein and whey protein your in an anabolic state for up to 8 hours. Real gains also includes Flax seed oil and MCT’s which provide the healthiest fats. This product is best used in a blender with milk. I like to throw in some ice cream and a banana and it tastes amazing. The thing that seperates this gainer from others is that it’s not loaded with sugar. It only have 6 grams per serving which is amazing. Ive seen up to 40 grams of sugar per serving in others. I highly recommend this product. Universal ROCKS!!!

Being an ectomorph, it is HARD to gain weight. I eat and eat and cant seem to gain much weight. Then again, being a college student, its hard and expensive to take in so many meals required while on a bulk. I've tried many different weight gainers to help get the necessary calories and protein in and yuck, most of them tasted disgusting, made me sickly bloated, and I just didn't feel like I could handle that for too much. Then I tried Universal Real Gains and man what a refreshing change.
Universal Real Gains tastes natural, it doesnt have that artificial sweetener-like taste like many supplements out there. Im currently taking the Vanilla flavor and its great. It tastes like a vanilla milkshake. I sometimes like to add a banana and/or some peanut butter for some extra calories and it does the trick. With milk, im taking in an extra 900 calories. That is amazing! And after drinking the shake, i do not feel overly full or bloated which is a great relief. So i say to anyone looking to bulk up but cant seem to get in enough calories, Univeral Real Gains is for you.
