Cherry Berry Blast

I'm not big on post-workout supplements, mainly because I'd rather eat whole food - if I need simple carbohydrates, I'd rather have some Lucky Charms than a powdered supplement. However, the formula on Torrent is solid - though there is a hefty amount of sugar - 26 grams - I like the mix of malto, glucose and waxy maize. And because of all that sugar, I tend to et a pretty big energy rush, which is nice as I usually feel exhausted after a workout. In addition, my muscles get nice and pumped after taking this, which is always a plus. If I had my way, I would put more protein in the formula, as there's 20 grams. It's debatable how much your body would actually absorb, considering that it's all whey anyway. A blend would be nice, but you can't have everything. Overall, a solid product but not a must-have.

Wow, is this supposed to be one of those fancy smoothies or a supplement. Because if it weren't for the great benefits and effects of Universal Torrent, I'd say the former. But I know better. It's obvious that great thought went into selecting the ingredients for this tasty (treat?) supplement. When you think of a post-workout protein shake, you normally think of recovery, right. Because that's what a post-workout product is supposed to deliver on. It's supposed to decrease recovery time and allow you to come back bigger and stronger than ever. And that is precisely where Universal Torrent shines the brightest. The energy and mixability aren't half-bad, either. Not to mention, the safety of the ingredients has been proven, making it a wise choice. One criticism I do have of this product, however, which is consistent for most post-workout proteins, is that there are only 15 servings per ~$35 worth, which means it will be expensive. The question you must ask yourself is if it's worth paying the extra cash for a high-quality product,or if you'd rather pay a little less for a little less quality product.

First off, green apple avalanche tastes amazing. mixes well also. Profile in on spot with over 50g carbs and 20g protein. The formula also contains 3 types of creatine and a nice leucine complex. You can't go wrong with Universal's Torrent.

Guys, this is a real solid supplement. I've been a skeptic about post workout supplements for quite some time, but was given a chance recently to get a free tub of the new flavor of Torrent, green apple. This is by far the best tasting supplement I have ever used. It tastes exactly like a sour apple Blow Pop. It is like a reward for all of the hard work you did in the gym. You can literally feel the protein and carbs replenishing your muscles. After taking this, it feels like I can run back to the gym and do my workout all over again. Muscle soreness dramitcally decreased while on Torrent. It is a little pricey, but worth it. If I could afford it, it would be a staple in my regime.

Universal Torrent is a great staple to add to any post workout. This product refuels you after your workout and tastes great in the process. The taste is actually so good it's like a reward for working out. Since adding Torrent into my supplements, I have noticed increased muscle retention, more solid full feeling muscles, and I don't feel as exhausted. Typically I would be out of it after an intense session, but with Torrent I am able to bounce back and feel replenished. The protein and carb ratios are vital to increasing muscle mass and fueling the body at its most important feeding time, post workout. I feel this supplement gives me everything I need to recover. Solid product for a solid price.
