Torrent is a product you certainly want to have in your arsenal. It contains anti-catabolic ingredients like L-Leucine and Leucine AKG which worked great. It has an volubolic amino blend of taurine, akg, citrulline malate, and L-Phenylanine. Lastly, it contains creatine and 20 grams of protein in each serving. The Cherry Berry Blast flavor grows on you and at the end you find yourself enjoying it even more. The best way to enjoy is to put it ice water with 20 ounces of water. This product is wonderful for hard and rigorous training. Post-workout represents a time where new growth is possible and Torrent maximizes this by including protein to stimulate new growth. It also has a special delivery system called Osmosulin to get those carbs in your system to increase "anabolic insulin". It mixes well and you feel refreshed. This product is one of the best post-workout products in my book. It taste great, mixes with little clumps, no side effects, helps for recovery, and creatine gives you added muscle gain.

Loved this product...I've tried many different post workout supplements and this is by far the best one I've tried. I love the nutritional profile. From the creatine, to the Waxy Maize Starch, this profile is top notch. After a streneous workout, recovery is great with Torrent and it all starts with the 20 grams of protein plus large leucine complex. I also like the extras like the Citrulline Malate, Glutamine Alpha Ketoglutarate... I get a nice post workout pump from this which helps motivate me to continue working my butt off. The taste is interesting.. To me, it tastes like a melted cherry popsicle. In my opinion, it has a nice amount of carbohydrates to take in post workout when the muscles are thirsting for nutrients. Being on a bulk myself, the 300 calories is substantial as well as its hard to take in so many calories per day so this helps, if even just a little bit. Mixability is great, but then again I mix this with water in a blender. Overall, I love this product and will continue taking this.

I took my first dose yesterday after a grueling leg workout. My gym has no air conditioning and we are suffering through a heat wave right now, so I beat myself up in there pretty bad especially on leg day, trying to force these damn things to grow.

Taste: 9/10 Cherry Berry Blast. Universal ALWAYS has excellent flavoring systems, and this is no exception. A bit tart and creamy, but goes down nice. Need to try it blended with some ice. I heard possible new flavors are in the works.

Formula: 10/10 SOLID FORMULA. 8 grams of our favorite amino acid leucine + citrulline malate, taurine and creatine in various forms. Plus it includes whey hydrolysates and wazy maize starch. Excellent.

Efficacy: 10/10 Absolutely no DOMS today what so ever. VERY impressed after one day!

Price: 7/10 $31.99 for 15 servings here at BB.com, comes out to $2.13/serving. Working out 5 days a week, this will last you 3 weeks. I also heard there may be talk of making a "bulk" size Torrent which would be cheaper.

So far I am VERY impressed.
