Lost 11.3 pounds of bodyfat with Recreate in 8 weeks. I dosed 2 AM and then 1-2 at around 330 pm.. I have the good fortune of having a hydrostatic tank on compus and my buddy is in the human performance program so that's why I was able to get such precise measurements. I was also to gain 2 pounds of muscle as well & I maintained or improved strength on most lifts - pretty damn cool if you ask me! Recreate absolutely crushed my appetite, especially for bad foods - just like the write up said. Obviously, when losing fat, diet plays a major role and Recreate makes this MUCH easier for me. My mood was good and had plenty of energy so I never had ups and downs or crashes. On high caffeine products, I tend to plateau and crash after about 5-6 weeks, an obvious sign my cortisol levels were through the roof. Did not have this problem with Recreate. fat loss was consistent for the most part. I plan on doing another cut in about 6 weeks and Recreate will be a major component of that. Great product. Highly recommended.

This Is a great product. I used it for one month and lost 15lbs and 5% fat. I was 6'5 240 with 10.4%BF now 225lbs 5%BF. This is a amazing product but be careful if you take more then 4 a aday your test with sky rocket and your aggression will go through the roof.

I was very happy with my try at recreate. I am currently down about 16lbs since feb. I think the best thing about recreate is the appetite suppression. It is different than some of those products that make you wanna puke when you think about food. With recreate i could still eat, i just wanted to eat better foods. this is awesome because it would be hard to get in my calories if i could not eat. it forced me to eat clean.

the 16lbs i have lost had to have been from fat because i am still as strong, if not stronger than i have ever been!

I do not normally do these reviews but i picked this up at vitamin shoppe and was skeptical but, i guess it proved me wrong. I am going to pick up my third bottle this weekend.

I felt Recreate was a true fat burner. Its is not a high stimulant product, so if you are looking for ahuge buzz, I wouldnt recommend it. It cut my cravings a great deal and gave me excelent energy. i was actually surprised by how much "clean" energy I did have, especially mentally. I felt sharp, motivated to workout and it def. made it easier to stick to my diet plan, which of course is always going to be the determining factor in any fat loss plan. Recreate is the best fat burner I've used since back in the good old ephedra days. But again, its not a high stim, it has a very low amount of caffeine. Would recommend this to anyone who is looking to burn fat and maintain their lean muscle.

Goal: to melt fat off your body and reveal abs

How: burns fat through 23 pathways
reduces junk food cravings and makes you want to eat healthy
increases effect of your metabolism's fat burning center, the thyroid, by 250%

Recreate claims to reduce junk food cravings and make you want to eat healthy..

Fiction: In my case, I am not so sure about this claim. I ate healthier because I should and not because of the product.

Recreate claim to burn fat and reduce body fat..

Fact: It has help reduce my body fat from 8.7 to 8%.

Recreate 9-label claims were a little too bold. This reflects my overall rating of Recreate. It did help me reduce body fat. You felt it working inside. Good product
