Ultimate Man by VS is a great multi vitamin. Ultimate man has no iron in it which is a plus. It also has all the vitamins and minerals you can possibly need in a daily basis. I take 2 a day for maximal nutrition. While on it my workouts are slightly better and I significantly better it has also really helped my immune system.
