Watermelon

NO-SyntheSize is remarkably similar to NO-Shotgun, except for the fact that this product does not contain any stimulants and is recommended for intra/post-workout use, not pre-workout. NO-SyntheSize isn't really enough for post-workout recovery unless you're on some sort of extreme cut, as it contains 20 grams of protein and that's it. The protein comes from casein, whey, EAAs and BCAA, so your protein synthesis should be covered. This also contains creatine, beta alanine, citrulline malate and a few other ingredients that indicate this is best used intra-workout, rather than post. The taste of this flavor is great, and it's also pretty much identical to NO-Shotgun's watermelon flavor. Mixability is good, which leads me to believe this doesn't have a very high casein content. This is a bit on the pricey side, but it seems well-formulated.

Really like this product. I have used many other creatine complexes and stand alones and this is by far the best. Its a complete P W product, contains creatines, protein, citrulline malate, beta alinine, creatinol o phosphate and others. Noticing good strength increases after a week, and if taken during workout, the pump and energy seems to increase slightly through the end. Mixes pretty good, and tastes decent. No problem digesting. No bloat. Only thing missing in the product is electrolytes. 40$ for a month of servings is not all that expensive, but it aint cheap either. I would suggest this to anyone trying to increase strength and increase recovery.
