Written by soundcheck129 - #1 reviewer - View all my reviews I acquired this protein through a trade, and I am very glad that I did not pay sticker price for it. Despite hearing that this was the best-tasting protein ever, I found it quite bland and flavorless. It's an isolate, so it contains no fat or carbohydrates, although the serving size is smaller than most proteins -23.5 grams, 80 calories with 20 grams of protein - so there may be a gram or two if you consumed a larger serving. The profile includes casein hydrolysate, but it's anyone's guess how much is in it and whether this is one of those "extended release" blends. It's more confusing because VPX refers to it as a whey isolate and notes that there are "Zero Caseinates" in it. It has a few vitamins and minerals and other perks, but otherwise it's a pretty expensive protein that - to me - was underwhelming. Results 1 - 1 of 1 |
