Taste - This bar actually tastes pretty good (chocolate peanut butter). The taste is very clean and natural. It tastes a little like a cocoa + milk + peanut butter blend dehydrated and compacted into a bar. Nothing really artificial here. The main drawback with this bar is that it's a little tough to actually eat the entire thing without drinking water. It just dries your mouth out really quickly. Value - For the nutrient profile and ingredients this contains, it's really not too bad of a deal. At around $2.00 a bar, it is more expensive, but it is pretty well suited for a clean bulk, whereas most others are not. Overall, this is a solid, albeit somewhat expensive, protein bar. It's not laden with sugar alcohols or sugar like most others, so you can feel a little better about eating it. I'd recommend this if you're feeling rich and fat. Otherwise, there are less healthy, cheaper and more delicious options out there.
