Just your standard whey powder, available at grocery stores as well as supplement shops. Nothing to write home about here, bland taste, 2g fat, 1g carb, 23g protein per scoop. I could only find it in a 15-serving tub and it was pretty expensive considering. Mixes well, and is nice to have if you're perhaps waiting for a bigger shipment to arrive. Would I buy it again? Only if forced at gunpoint and without health insurance.
