ICE contains BCAAs and Glutamine and is intended to be an intra-workout product. The profile is simple but effective, which is nice, not too many random things thrown in. Mixability was so-so, but that's not very important. Fruit Punch flavor was solid, even though I don't like that flavor at all. Great pumps and endurance, no soreness. Price is pretty attractive as well.
