Like all of Xtreme Formulation's products, Relentless is considered to be of very high quality and also quite expensive, so I thought I was pretty lucky when I came across some. However, after trying it for myself, I was confused as to what all the buzz was about. Relentless is a post-workout product, similar to CL's Golden Finish. Unfortunately, one serving (2 scoops) doesn't quite give you enough nutrition for a full post-workout meal, as it contains only 42 grams of carbohydrates and 27 grams of protein. In addition, 20g of the carbs are sugar. While some may argue that simple carbs are optimal, I've seen better gains with complex carbs PWO. The worst part, though, is the taste - nothing like the chocolate it was supposed to be, I'm not sure how XF managed to make 20 grams of sugar so bland. Too expensive, oddly portioned, and not very tasty, avoid this one.
