Decided to go on a more natural and healthier source of protein which lacks amount of protein in general compared to whey however I feel like I needed a change as I had been using the Whey protein and mass gainers far too much.This product is great if your looking for a healthy alt to the whey isolations and Soy boasts other good benefits in immunity and general health such as vitamins and minerals as well. Whey is of course concentrated from dairy product and I think I needed to stop getting so much dairy in as well because I had been an avid milk drinker as well so for now to lighten the load of dairy for the past two months I had to decrease the amount of it by stopping whey and taking on soy protein for the last two months.
Overall this product is great no side effects and the only differences is that it may upset your stomach at times as you need quite a bit of it to get a good amount of protein into your diet... however its good soy protein and just a natural way of your body to take on the load of protein and pepsin releases from the gut. It also seems to full you up less than whey but a very minute difference in that department too as I felt a bit bloated at times when drinking a good two to three scoops of this stuff in my skim milk shakes.

Hi, I'm reviewing Cellucor C4 (the newer one, not the older with the 1,3.)I've had a lot of the big name preworkouts (C4, Craze, Jack3d(og), 250super pump, Assault, 1RM, etc.) Out of all the preworkouts, I liked c4 about 2nd best to Jack3d original (with the 1,3 dimethyl.) C4 provided a good burst of energy and a small bump in mental focus, though it wasn't anything compared to Craze which has insane amounts of focus... like nothing else. I first took 1 scoop of C4, it did pretty good with just one scoop. I had a good amount of energy, some more stamina, and there didn't seem to be any unwanted side effects. Next time, I took two scoops and got pretty much the same levels of everything I had with one scoop, which was a bit disappointing.
I stayed on one scoop because I didn't get any more effect from upping the dosage, even after being on it for awhile.
Good product, would try again.

This review is for the old versions of Mesomorph with DMAA (creatine nitrate version). Hands down, the original and best supplement on the market and blows Jack3d out of the water.The strength, aggression and focus on this thing is off the charts. You will be pushing out more weight than ever, guaranteed. I would say 1 scoop of this (you only need 1 scoop everytime, which is actually LESS than the recommended serving size of 15.5g if you measure with a digital scale so you get MORE than 25 servings a tub) is better than 3 scoops of Jack3d. This preworkout makes Jack3d look like childplay. It is also more cost effective per serving.
The ingredient profile is solid. You'll find almost all of the study supported or heavily anecdotally supported ingredients in there without fillers. Citrulline Malate, BA, Agmatine, Taurine, Creatine Nitrate, COP all in a decent serving and an amazing stim profile to boot. The pump you will get from the Agmatine, CitMal and CN is insane. I don't even train in high rep ranges and it always feels like my muscles are about to burst. With goodies like Theobromine, Naringin, Caffeine, DMAA and Glucuronolactone making up the stim profile, the focus, strength and aggression you get on this is absolutely mind blowing.
I've been taking this for over a year and 1 serving still does the trick for me. And that's from someone who has been regularly taking preworkouts like candy. There is no crash either - well any energy depletion after gym is from you inevitably training like an absolute madman, and can't be blamed on the preworkout itself.
Give this a try, you won't be disappointed. You can't go wrong with APS, their stims are always smooth and potent. Mesomorph is definitely my favourite PWO of all time, and I've tried alot of them.

Animal Pak was a great multi-vitamin. There were 44 servings in the one I had purchased and it was awesome. I have not taken much multi's in the past so this was kind of new to me. After having one cycle of this product i just could not get enough of it. I then purchased another 44 count of it. The down side to this product is that there is 11 pills in each pack. With this being said, you will have to swallow 11 massive pills per day. So if you do not like swallowing pills then I would stay away from this product. Other than that this product is great and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is needing a multi. This product has been out for a very long time and they have not changed animal pak all these years because it does not need changing.
