The natrol acai berry capsules are 1000 mg capsules of freeze dried acai berry. the experience i had with this capsule were on the low side. companies claim that acai berry is the ultimate antioxidant and will lose you like 30 lbs in like 2 wks, but those are really exaggerated. i tried these after i came back from china, where i did not work out and weighed maybe 10 lbs more than usual, so i decided to see if these tablets worked. AS far as i could tell, it didnt really "dissolve" any weight, but it did suppress my appetitie a little. apparently there are omega 3 6 9 that make you not hungry, and that worked a little i guess. I didnt feel any otehr major effects.
